Ok tried that...:( Lets put in a little more detail: Original unit -HP5101 mini Modem lists as: HP un2400 Mobile Broadband Module Modem Drivers: Modem.sys , qcusbserhp.sys All works sweet on this laptop. HP Laptop v2 gobi drivers
I have hp laptop with the old v1 gobi drivers and MWconn works great with the QCWWAN.dll loaded.
But this new laptop has newer hardware and uses v2 gobi drivers, which means the QCWANN.dll is now QCWANN2k.dll.
MWconn wont recognise the modem card...
Has anyone overcome this yet ???
