I am from Bhopal, Mp, and I am also having the same problem.. I got a new E1750 usb modem, I accessed Airtel, and Reliance Internet with it successfully, but I am not able to connect to bsnl. It gives me balance using USSD, but it dont send sms to 53773. I tried many things but it just don't connect...
