Connection Error 619

I have a Huawei E1750 USB Modem. When i try to connect to Internet using MWconn it detects the device and the network and then gives the Connection Error 619 message. My APN is correct (i use the same APN with the default software Mobile Partner which came with the USB Modem). I have a dial-up connection named Internet.
I also went through your manual regarding this error but could not solve it.
I have Windows XP SP2.
I have tried to use this on another PC running Windows XP SP3.
There also i get the same error message.
Please help me to solve this problem.

Please record a sevilog.txt and post it - this will help us to analyze this problem ...

What happens, if you connect manually using the DialIn-Connection "Internet"? What about reinstalling Drivers?

Whenever i click on the internet dial up connection a connecting error 619 message pops up without loading the dial up screen

Hello specially_foru,
do you have ANY OTHER Dialer-Soft or Related active, open or in background
as Program, Service or Process? Please look for that to sort out that's the Problem!
Edit: Which Rights do you have on the PC, Admin or normal User-Rights? Try as Admin
if possible! At last please consider (as lagoon noticed) to remove ALL Driver and Soft
related to the Stick incl. the DialUp-Connection "Internet" and try clear installing again.

I have the Administration right.
I have uninstalled the software (mobile partner) multiple times and reinstalled bcoz by uninstalling this software the usb modem drivers are automatically uninstalled. There is no other way i know to uninstall the driver
I have also deleted the connection Internet and tried again.
But no success.

IMO uninstalling the MobilePartner-Software only won't uninstall the drivers too! Try System -> DeviceManager -> uninstall for all HUAWEI related devices!

A little stupid question, what happens after a clean install if you use the
mobile partner soft? Does it work okay, do you have a connection or fail
it too?
Please remember, if you try MWconn or manual dialing (click "Internet"
directly) no other Soft, Services or Processes are allowed to be open/
active as i wrote above! It/they could block the Modem/Ports!
Edit: After a little investigation on the net, there are many many
causes for error code 619. Is it possible for you to do a cross-test
with another sim and/or another Stick?

I am from Bhopal, Mp, and I am also having the same problem.. I got a new E1750 usb modem, I accessed Airtel, and Reliance Internet with it successfully, but I am not able to connect to bsnl. It gives me balance using USSD, but it dont send sms to 53773. I tried many things but it just don't connect to bsnlnet APN or any other bsnl APN. Is it possible that BSNL 3g here is just 1 month old, so it might not be supporting this particular modem..??
